POLICY:

Exchanges/refunds will be given up to 14 days from when the product was received.

Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalising your purchase.

Once ordered, we are not able to simply cancel an order. We may be able to offer store credit or exchange only. If you wish to cancel for a refund before you have received your item(s), you will be subject to a 5% fee from your transaction value.

SOURCING POLICY:

Your order may need to be sourced in especially for you. If this is the case, we will reach out to you via the contact information provided when placing your order, and confirm that you agree to the following policy.

We are unable to accept returns for orders that have been sourced in. We require full payment to be made before we can then proceed with the order.

RETURNS:

If you wish to return your item(s) please contact us with your order number, name & date of purchase.

In order to return an item, you must meet the following conditions:

The return must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original box(es), tags and packaging, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.
We are unable to accept returns for orders that have been sourced especially for you as part of our services. Once ordered, we will reach out to you via your contact details provided to explain our sourcing policy.
We are unable to refund your original or return postage costs unless the product is faulty/incorrect.
Please make sure all returns are sent with a trackable, insured service, ensuring your items are well packaged, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.
If you are returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package ‘Returned Goods’, to avoid any customs charges. Amour Envie is not responsible for any return custom charges made.

SHIPPING:

We ship worldwide.

We vary in the shipment couriers we use due to the convenience in delivery times for our customers. Whilst we aim to get your order out to you by the next working day, it could be 3-5 working days from the time of purchase.

Europe

Tracked & Signed (up to 7 days) - £15

International

Tracked & Signed (up to 10 days) - £20

Tracking information is automatically emailed to all customers. If you don't receive this within 48 working hours, please check your spam folder.

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient, and may vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with the local customs office to verify whether your country permits the shipment of your products.

Amour Envie is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper International shipping practices.
